Logicom: Agreement with Demetra for participation in desalination project in Episkopi First Published:  21/07/2010 09:52:22 It is announced that the Company has reached an agreement with Demetra Investment Public Ltd on the basis of which Demetra will participate directly in the execution and operation of the desalination project in Episkopi with a stake corresponding to 40% of the Company’s interest in the joint venture. Demetra will undertake the cost as well as the rights and obligations stemming from the contract. The Board of Directors believes that the agreement with Demetra is in line with the Company’s strategic plans and interests.
