CSE: Logicom to list 609.9k shares First Published:  27/11/2009 13:51:37 The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 609,933 ordinary shares of “Logicom Public Ltd”, which have resulted from the exercise of warrants. It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 72,250,727 shares. It is noted that the number of warrants is reduced to 1,828,873. Their trading will commence on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
