Logicom: 4.3m warrants 2008/2010 validly exercised – Allocation letters posted First Published:  11/11/2009 08:47:51 The number of warrants 2008/2010 (20 to 31/10/2009) exercised during the second period of warrant exercise has been reformed to 609,933 warrants (25.01% on the unexercised warrants during the first period of exercise of 2,438,806 warrants). As a result, the warrants that were validly exercised in the first and second period of warrant exercise stand at 4,344,427, which correspond to 70.37% of the total 6,173,300 warrants that had been issued and allocated. The allocation letters of the shares that correspond to the exercised warrants during the second exercise period were posted to the shareholders yesterday. Their listing and trading in the CSE will be announced shortly.
