Global: Negotiations for the sale of the Software and Service Department of Logicom First Published:  02/02/2005 10:21:28 Within the framework of the Company’s reorganization, Global Consolidator Ltd is currently on talks with Logicom Public Ltd for the sale of the Software and Service Department. The turnover of the department in 2004 stood at £2.4 million and corresponds to 35% of the Group’s turnover. The capital that will be absorbed will be invested in other operations of the Group, as we have already announced. A new announcement will be issued in due time.
